Mica material for heating equipment is a plate which made of muscovite paper or phlogopite paper mixed with proper adhesive after press and baked, it has a outstanding performance in mechanical strength and property of heating resistance, within 550-800 degree centigrade, it can be used for a long time. The plates have been widely used in metallurgy, chemical engineering and electric industries…etc., These plates are stable and reliable and its characteristics have reached or partially surpassed the international standard(IEC). They already have been  identified by Unite State standard(UL) and Germany standard(TUV).  

    plates are made of muscovite, they are applied to electric cookers, electric ovens, microwave ovens, electric sterilizers, electric heating bottles, electric heating coils…etc.; Model Hp5MY hard mica plates are made of muscovite, they are applied to ordinary electric blowing heaters, such as electric dryers, electric irons, electric stove and industrial furnace…etc.; Model Hp5P hard mica plates are made of phlogopite, they are applied to the heating equipment with high heat resist grade.

    Model Hp5MJ-1 soft muscovite plates are made of muscovite and Model Hp5P-1 soft phlogopite plates are made of phlogopite, they are suitable to be used as insulating parts which need to be rolled for electric hair dryers, electric irons, electric bar heaters, electric motors, and to be applied to high heat resist grade of metallurgy industry equipment, for example, middle frequency furnaces, arc furnaces… etc. . They are also used as gasket materials on automotive industry instead of asbestos materials.
